Verdict
Esteaming, a very easy winner over 1m2f on his reappearance at Newcastle, has failed twice since over 2m and will appreciate the drop in distance. Magic Hurricane meets Jazz Master on 6lb worse terms than when beating him by just over two lengths at Kempton but probably has the greater scope and may confirm placings. Double Discount won twice at the track last summer and made a promising reappearance at Newmarket but A Star In My Eye was beaten more than 15 lengths when third at Pontefract. SEA MEETS SKY's dam won twice over 1m4f so the longer trip will suit Lady Cecil's lightly-raced filly, who got outpaced over 1m2f on her reappearance at Doncaster. She may still be on the right side of the handicapper.
