        Verdict

        TANSFEEQ never threatened when third over 6f at Goodwood on his debut. But he caught the eye making up late ground in the soft going giving the impression today's conditions will suit. Billy Slater was another doing his best work at the finish over 6f at Chester last time and he's preferred to Alpine Affair. Pasticcio is out of a prolific mare and sports Godolphin's first colours ahead of stablemate Ventriloquist while Freight Train is related to five winners and is preferred to stable companion Chadic, who is bred for further. Songye and Stardrifter are other newcomers to note in the betting.
