        Verdict

        King Of York is back in novice company having returned a losing favourite at Ayr on his handicap debut. But MAGISTERIAL showed plenty of promise when fourth under Oisin Murphy at Newmarket on last month’s debut and the Frankel colt can open his account in this. Surac finished well behind the selection but Just Wonder and Splendent may improve while William Buick partners the newcomer Kaasirr.
