In depth

Verdict

Armaturk gets the confident vote in this hunter chase with Take The Stand and Mel In Blue rating the main dangers. The selection would have won last time out but for unishipping three out in a race won by Risk Assessor, he has conditions to suit and need only put in a clear round to score. Take The Stand rates the main danger as he is taking a big drop in class. However the race is not sure to be run to suit and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Mel In Blue won well last time when beating Paddy For Paddy but that was in a point and this looks much more competitive. Of the remainder Christy Beamish is a solid jumper but is not getting any younger and for the winner we return to Armaturk who need only jump round to score.
