        Verdict

        Dixieanna, Borderlescott and Molly Marie are all sure to have their supporters here but we will seek a bit of value and put forward Algharb as the one to beat. The selection failed to settle but was still not beaten all that far in a competitive handicap at Newmarket last time which was won by the progressive Wrighty Almighty. He had previously won well at Ripon when beating Billy One Punch and this progressive colt looks worth chancing with conditions very much in his favour. Dixieanna finished narrowly in front of our selection last time but we are confident that the placings will be reversed if Algharb does not pull like he did in that Newmarket race. Borderlescott is interesting as he won with a bit in hand when defeating Divine Spirit over this course and distance when last seen out. He has a leading chance again tonight and will not be far away at the finish despite his rise in the weights. Molly Marie would also have claims on a strict form line through Wrighty Almighty and it would be no surprise to see her go well. However, in a fascinating contest we will stick with Algharb to get the better of his rivals.
