In depth
Verdict
Super Sammy was slightly disappointing on her debut this season when seventh behind Meldrum Star at Haydock. However the mare from the Mick Easterby yard may have needed the run, she is expected to strip fitter here and her second on similar ground although well behind the winner No Need For Alarm at Southwell in March gives her every chance and she is the TEAMtalk selection. All Honey rates the main danger she was third last time out behind Admiral Peary at Newton Abbot but the concession of four pounds to Super Sammy may prove just beyond her. Spaghetti Junction is from a yard in top form is bred for stamina and a market move would be significant. Begsy's Bullet won a chase on her last run so obviously has ability but she has not run for two years and may just need the run. A market move for any of the other debutantes should be heeded but they will have to be above average to win on there debuts.
