Verdict
A trappy event to close the card and JANAAB can take the opportunity to get off the mark. The former John Hammond inmate has struggled to make an impact for current connections but he was not disgraced at Pontefract on his most recent start and Jack Garritty takes the mount. Big Storm Coming kept on well to score at Newcastle last month and off a 4lb higher mark, Brian Ellison's four-year-old remains competitive. There was clearly something amiss with Polar Forest on his last visit here so market confidence behind Richard Guest's gelding shouldn't be ignored. Southwell winner, Dandarrell is exposed as modest on Turf though he has proved capable of going well when fresh. Kuwait Star made all at Carlisle to post his first victory for Michael Herrington and he wouldn't be inconvenienced by any of the rain that was forecast to arrive.
