Formwatch
Tensile (IRE) Best form last season, including C&D win here for Pipe. Has been ticking over on the flat for new trainer and made a respectable return to hurdles in the Tote Silver Trophy. May struggle at the weights but looks in good form.
Valignani (IRE) A winner over hurdles in France, has not shown willing with the fences in this country, goes back to hurdles today; clearly has ability but difficult to trust.
Sayeh (IRE) A winner on the firm ground over 2m1f, likely to find others better at the weights.
Aspirant Dancer Showed good form when beating Garruth over similar trip last November, a winner on the flat recently and nicely in at the weights; must be one for the short list.
Canadiane (FR) Beat recent winner Gunnerbelong, but this was two years ago. Has not run since February 2000; likely to need run.
Athleague Guest (IRE) Beat Sayeh 3L last time at 66/1 for new trainer, slightly worse at the weights now; but if he improves of this last run then not without a chance.
Prince Highlight (IRE) 45L beaten on his seasonal reappearance and yet to prove himself over this trip; best watched.
