Verdict
You Know Yourself makes a swift reappearance under a penalty after a bloodless success at Catterick on Monday. This looks a lot more competitive and Sue Smith also saddles Douglas Julian, who ran up a four-timer over hurdles and fences before unseating Henry Oliver at Doncaster. The return to 2m4f will suit the bottom weight but he may be in the handicappers' grip now and preference is for BENNY BE GOOD. A winner at Sedgefield in November, he had the form of his latest second to Premier Sagas at Ayr boosted when the winner easily followed up at Kelso on Thursday and may still be well handicapped. Maraafeq had to battle to get the better of Mexican Pete on his chase debut at Ludlow 10 days ago but is open to improvement and preferred to top weight Misstree Dancer of the others.
