        Verdict

        Acrux comes here with a 6lb penalty for last week's Ripon victory yet has only been raised 4lb. That was his fourth victory since May though two were sellers and another a claimer. Golden Guest comfortably landed a 1m handicap at Doncaster and was well supported to follow up on this track but fluffed his lines and was well beaten. Rock Warbler wasn't too far behind in that event on Town Moor and has a nice pull in the weights but King Oswald hasn't been running well enough. LAGENDA is 1-28 and that victory came three years ago but this will be his first start in a Class 5 handicap and he's dropped to such a lowly level that a chance is taken on a revival.
