Goobinator won a course and distance handicap in September on fast ground and then finished fourth in the Cesarewitch. He's been hurdling without much luck but still looks on a fair mark. BANDINELLI has won four of his last five including the last two over this trip at this level on Polytrack. He's won over 1m6f here and looks the one to beat. Skycutter has found 1m2f much too sharp in his last two starts and will enjoy cut in the ground more than most while Merveillo, three-times a winner in France, made a promising start for Jonjo O'Neill in this grade at Newbury. Miranda, a Grade 2 winner over hurdles, hasn't competed on the Flat since 2020 but has been racing at a high level over timber while Melrose Handicap winner Valley Forge has to be a threat unless the going eases.
