Llandinabo Lad won a Listed race here two runs ago and improved again to finish second in the Grade 2 Kennel Gate at Ascot. He’s unlikely to be far away again but faces strong opposition and is conceding 5lb and upwards to his four rivals. Faivoir has already won at Cheltenham and Ludlow this season and Minella Drama is on a hat-trick after victories at Sedgefield and Bangor. The two mares get a 7lb allowance and that could be crucial. NADA TO PRADA landed the odds at Ffos Las before staying on too strongly for the useful Rayna’s World over 2m3f here five weeks ago. Her proven stamina will be an asset as all of these like to race up with the pace. Anythingforlove is progressing but she looks to have a bit to find on the form book with the others.
