In depth

Verdict

A couple of these drop down in class including Rogue Spirit, who made his handicap debut in a tougher race at York. But maiden winner AL DASIM wasn’t disgraced in a Listed contest in France last month and may well make a winning start in handicaps for George Boughey having switched yards subsequently. Raven's Up is another handicapping for the first time having landed a novices' race at Ripon while Lingfield winner Queen Of Uplands and Kuwait City having been competing in a lower grade.
