In depth

Verdict

Gevrey Chambertin won a bumper at Ffos Las in very testing going and showed he handled quicker ground when making a winning start over hurdles at Aintree last month. There's plenty more to come from him. Fourjacks had been runner-up on five occasions before going one better in emphatic style at Hexham and the likely strong gallop will play to his strengths. WILTON MILAN won a point-to-point at Monksgrange in March and cost owner Terry Warner £85,000 at the sales a month later. He had his first start for Paul Nicholls at Worcester last month and though running green won in such impressive fashion that he looks sure to go on to better things starting here. Little Fritz and Corrin Wood should both should be winning soon and Sixty Something looked a nice staying prospect when landing a novice handicap at Aintree.
