In depth
Verdict
In Extremis has the most reliable form at this distance of those on show and with the benefit of a good recent run is the TEAMtalk selection. Apart from a poor run at Southwell 59 days ago he has shown a consistent level of form and goes well for this jockey. Felix Randal was brought along slowly last season but put in some good efforts at the backend. If he is ready today he will go well. Oulton Broad would have been given a better chance if his trainer had been in better form. The horse has some useful form figures to his name and may sneak into a place. Shifting Moon has a chance on the form he showed over the summer but the feeling is he will find some of these returning from a break too fresh for him.
