In depth

Verdict

Just the three runners and, granted a clear round, it will be a surprise if Keen Leader does not supplement his course success of earlier in the month. A decent novice hurdler last term, Jonjo O'Neill's gelding was expected to take leading rank amongst novice chasers this season - and may still do so - but it was a blow to his connections when he fell at Cheltenham on his debut. Confidence was restored with a smooth win here last time and, with the opposition not looking out of the ordinary, the son of Supreme Leader should follow up. He is the TEAMtalk selection. Wetherby winner Sir Storm is likely to give the selection most to do as Indian Scout has a long absence to overcome but the jolly is impossible to oppose.
