In depth

Verdict

The bottom pair have a great deal to find against the remaining quartet headed by KNOCK A HAND. Richard Lee's charge has a double penalty to carry and won't find this easy but he did it the hard way from the front when relishing testing ground at Chepstow and can beat off all rivals here. Dark Glacier scored at Wetherby before a slightly disappointing run at Newcastle where a stumble at the second last didn't aid his cause. Lamps is progressing nicely and won't mind the heavy ground while Sydney Paget, an easy bumper winner at Carlisle, impressed on his hurdling debut at Bangor and is certain to make further progress.
