Verdict

Hidden Depths is the sole course winner in the line-up, having scored over this trip last month in a desperate finish. The versatile performer is up 4lb for that win and this looks a slightly tougher assignment too. Cry Wolf made Mr Yeats pull out all the stops at Wincanton and is showing much better hurdling form in the current campaign. He is respected but STEINKRAUS (NAP) represents a yard enjoying a fine season and the form of his Ayr success - a race in which he travelled smoothly - looks the best on offer. He's progressing well and there should be more to come after just five starts over timber. The remaining trio all look to need to improve.
