        Southern-Be-George Just held off opposition to win at Southall last time after over a year off; must be respected today.

        Sailep (FR) Won well in June last last year at Newton Abbot. Runs this year have produced nothing spectacular but best watched today.

        Kingdom Emperor Off a nice weight today, but last win was in January 1998; needs to produce an improved effort to win today.

        Miss Lacroix Finished second last time out at Worcester; would have each way chances today.

        Trinity Buoy (IRE) Respectable second at Southall last time. Has shown consistent form recently but will need to improve to win today.

        Counsel Won last time out at Fontwell (big price) easily; if that form can be reproduced then could go close.

        Hadeqa Makes little appeal.

        Townleyhall (IRE) Had his day in 1998 when C&D winner; unlikely to reproduce.
