Verdict

ASTURIENNE, Daring Origyn, King Of Leon and Wishful Thinking are all last time out winners and it's the first mentioned that has the vote after an impressive start to her racing career The pick had to be ridden from a long way out to take victory last time but once she got the hang of things she ran away with the race. She'll learn plenty from that and as she is related to high-class hurdler Lough Derg there should be more to come Unlike the selection Wishful Thinking's last time out victory came in a moderate point to point in Ireland. That was over a longer trip so stamina is no issue and he's the only one of the short-listed quartet proven on these ground conditions. Daring Origyn won what turned out to be a strong bumper at Exeter last time by 10 lengths and based on that will be in the frame while King Of Leon showed a marked improvement to win a reasonable race last time and more is expected again. So there's plenty in with chances here but Asturienne seems to have the brightest future.
