      Verdict

      Despite a lengthy absence, ACHILLE (NAP) was well backed in a competitive handicap at Wincanton last month. He can probably be forgiven that run and is taking on much weaker opposition today. Farm The Rock kept on well at the same track in October while Shanty Town was only just beaten at Warwick and is only 2lb higher with cheekpieces added. Spock is 12lb out of the handicap and Fear Glic and Jayo Time’s form figures don’t inspire confidence.
