In depth

Verdict

Northofthewall is a model of consistency and appeared to handle heavy going at Bangor last time so must have every chance of a first career victory. He is rated 5lb higher than I’M WISER NOW but Fergal O’Brien’s entry probably has a more progressive profile and it would be no surprise if he appreciated this drop in distance. Wasdell Dundalk ran well at Taunton on his hurdling debut and may have more scope than the market principals while The Garrison has hinted at ability in this grade but it’s difficult to make a case for many of the others.
