    Verdict

The penultimate race on the card will not take much winning but hopefully THE FOX'S DECREE can get his head in front from Chit Chat and Witch Of The Wave. Martin Keighley does OK with the horses he sends to Hereford and the selection looks to be on the up. He put in an improved effort at Uttoxeter on his latest start when chasing home the very progressive and well treated Flower Haven. There does not appear to be anything as well treated in this line up and if enjoying the step up in trip should go close. Anything Jonjo O'Neil sends to this track must be noted especially with McCoy on board. Chit Chat ran creditably on his latest start given he was a 40-1 shot. He was given plenty to do by the jockey but did show ability. The quicker ground on this galloping track could also prove ideal. Witch Of The Wave should be monitored in the betting after putting in an improved display on its latest start. That was in a seller but this race won't take much winning either. No More Whispers and Rawaaj should also be watched for market moves.
