In depth

Verdict

Prince of Gdansk is likely to head the market hailing from the Alan Swinbank yard but we will oppose him in favour of the experienced with Heart O' The West while Pete and The Hollinwell are others that deserve consideration. Len Lungos' Heart O' The West has contested two 3yr old bumpers post christmas and displayed some promise, shaping as though he would appreciate further. He appeared to get bogged down in heavy ground on his second outing but the third horse home on his first outing has scored so the form is not too bad. Pete looked one paced at Sedgefield and jumping should bring about the best in him while The Hollinwell hails from a yard that do not specialize in bumpers and use them more as an educational experience. He has displayed more than enough though to suggest he could get involved. Support for Prince of Gdansk would be very significant but we will take him on with Heart O' The West.
