GIN COBBLER was given a positive ride by today's pilot when making all over a shorter trip here 11 days ago. The extra yardage is a bit of a concern off a 7lb higher mark but Vic Thompson's charge is fancied to make the most of the 8lb he receives from another recent course winner, Pekanheim, who has won over 3m between the flags so will enjoy the longer distance. Mister Wall Street has won three times around here but hasn't raced since October while Coolanure disappointed when favourite at Kelso last month.
