In depth

Verdict

KAJAKI may just have needed the run when behind the front-running Malangen at Perth last month and is fancied to turn the tables on 3lb better terms. Onward Route is another likely to have improved for a recent run but City Derby is probably a shade high in the weights at present, though should run his race again. The recent Market Rasen third Copper Beach seems to have improved this year and Punxsutawney Phil is fit from the Flat while Belvedere Blast found the company too hot in a Class 2 last time and will be more at home here.
