IT'S HIGH TIME was a decent sort in bumpers last season. He's making his hurdling debut today and hasn't raced since April but might have too much class for these. Up The Bees won a Wetherby bumper in March and has plenty of scope but Palm Grey would have been more interesting had his yard been in better form. Always Tipsy was third at Kelso last month and looks the best of the few with hurdling experience.
