Verdict

Another Bygones may well reverse Kelso running with Running Brook with the latter now carrying a penalty. Venue has 8lb extra to carry courtesy of victories here and at Sedgefield and may struggle to cope but there are possibilities about the four-year-old Mercoeur if he's forgiven a below-par effort at Sandown in April. PENGLAI PAVILION is entitled to need this but his class should see him home. He makes his hurdling debut but was fifth in the 2013 Arc at Longchamp and that puts him an entirely different level to these.
