In depth
Verdict
Habbie Simpson is not the most reliable but is back on a winning mark as he returns from a lay off. Boric won at Newcastle in January but is 7lb higher for this while Trust Thomas rattled up a succession of placed efforts earlier including a second at Newcastle behind CLAN WILLIAM. The latter should be sharper for a pipe opener at Southwell last month and could be thereabouts at the finish. Tikkandemickey won a chase at Perth in May off a higher mark and is preferred to the likes of Sean Airgead and More Madness.
