In depth

Verdict

Kayf Hernando only went down by a short head on his point-to-point debut at Kinsale and has now joined the Skelton team. The level of market support for the Kayf Tara gelding on Rules debut should tell the story. He's an obvious player along with Irish raider Ceejaythedeejay, who posted a solid bumper debut last month and should progress again. Beechfield Inn and Notnowkate's need a market check on debut but this may be the day that FLY BY MILAN comes good. He's started at 2/1 or less on all starts and performed with credit on each occasion. The ground is an unknown but he sets the form standard and connections enjoy a strong bumper record.
