Verdict
Micky Hammond's French import, Roxyfet has taken time to find form but a strong second to My Friend George at Sedgefield over 2m4f in April revealed ability is definitely there. He'll be a leading player if backing up that level but GIN COBBLER is preferred. He's far from being the safest conveyance around but his level of form when completing affords him very solid claims in this company off a still-competitive mark. He gets on well with his amateur rider whose 7lb claim could prove the difference here. Saddle Pack and Tweedo Paradiso are finding winning hard at present and course and distance winner. Morning Time is a much likelier threat. Indeed, he's probably the one to beat on the best of his form, but he's been beaten over 60l on his last three starts and pulled up the time before. The market may be the best guide to his chances here.
