In depth
Verdict
BYGONES SOVEREIGN couldn't prevent the progressive Dark Glacier from landing a hat-trick when second at Ayr last month but he looks good enough to take this on that form. A line through the latter gives Capital Venture a bit to find with the selection, but a big run is expected from Victor Hewgo, who was well backed on his debut at Doncaster but found Malt Master too good. Pudsey House also showed promise on his first start when runner-up at Newcastle and is worthy of consideration.
