Verdict
Danny Cool is still a maiden but ran his best race so far when only beaten a short-head at Sedgefield last time and has to go on the short-list here. Ginger's Lad won at Southwell in May and has been placed four times since. He makes far more appeal the one-paced Frith and More Shennanigans, who has had 34 runs without managing to get his head in front. WHY ARE YOU ASKING was always going to make a better chaser than hurdler and jumped well in the main on his debut over the larger obstacles at Sedgefield in May, despite finishing last of three finishers. This is a very moderate affair and he may be capable of breaking his duck off a low weight.
