Verdict

SHUIL DONN produced a mixed bag of performances in bumpers but he has gone well when fresh in the past and is worth a look on his hurdling bow. Galahad Threepwood was useful over middle distances on the Flat for Mick Channon and the form of his recent second over timber at Warwick has been well advertised since. Pure Bubbles attempted to make most at Fakenham having been heavily punted beforehand but found one too good while Balearic has always been a notably keen puller in his races and the presence of hurdles didn’t make much difference to that when he debuted at Sedgefield.
