A final chance goes to NORDICAN BLEU (NAP) after seconds at Worcester and Fontwell. A beaten favourite twice, she’s been a little too keen so far but this sharper track should play to her strengths. Percy Prosecco improved on the Flat in August when stepped up in trip and has claims if taking to hurdles. Bought out of the Mark Johnston yard, The Lincoln Lawyer is another interesting newcomer. French import Captain Speaking is also worth a market check and jockey bookings suggest Needs To Be Seen will be the pick of John Ryan’s pair.
