Verdict

Rated 85 on the Flat, BOLD REASON won a handicap for John Gosden last year and has been gelded before making today’s hurdling debut for new connections. He may prove good enough at the first time of asking while Needs To Be Seen didn’t fare too badly on his hurdling bow when third at Uttoxeter and is another to consider. Katpoli managed fourth in France on his earlier hurdling debut and has switched yards since while Oi The Clubb Oi's is another new arrival from the Flat though is rated much lower than the selection in that sphere.
