In depth
Verdict
Tristran Durrell was claiming 7lb when One For Billy got back to winning ways at Warwick so Dan Skelton’s 10-year-old is effectively 13lb higher here. Though a winner here in the autumn, Larch Hill hasn’t raced since failing to complete a hat-trick at Wetherby in late October. Ecume Atlantique returned from a lengthy absence to win at Wetherby in March but was then only fourth at Bangor and Caddyhill was last of three when odds-on at Sedgefield. GRISBI DE BERCE’s only victory over hurdles came here around this time last year. He was quite highly tried after and could be well treated making his chasing bow.
