Verdict

Now Is The Winter is only a pound higher than when second at Sedgefield last month, when Uttoxeter winner Ali Star Bert was only sixth, while Celtic Tara was only beaten a length here last time. KING FERDINAND was the subject of a gamble last time at Uttoxeter but couldn’t get past Flintara on the run-in having travelled strongly up to that point. He has been raised 3lb but gets another chance on this sharper track. Blended Stealth is better than he showed at Wetherby last time and looks best of the rest.
