Verdict
Mister Graham can add to his tally in this weak contest, with Lowe Go and Uncle Max seen as the main dangers. Mister Graham has been something of a disappointment himself over the past few seasons but finally came good at Fakenham recently on what was his 40th career outing. It was a bad race, but he at least showed some resolution to surge into the lead at the final flight as the rest grouped up. His trainer decided to leave the cheekpieces off that day and that ploy may have been instrumental in this sudden change of fortune. The fact that he gets weight off all his main rivals here should ensure that he goes close again. Lowe Go won a similar contest to this at Uttoxeter in December and was second at Hereford in March. He can give the selection most to do along with Uncle Max who was pulled up when sent off favourite at Hereford last time, but who has taken on better opposition in the past. Jayed and Stokesies Boy have shown enough to suggest that they can make a play for the placings as well, but for the winner we return to Mister Graham.
