Verdict
This is one of the more straightforward races on the card to assess with Afsoun getting a solid shout ahead of Prize Fighter and Kalmini. Quite simply, Afsoun is one of the best juvenile hurdlers that we have seen so far this season, a point he emphatically proved when beating Turko and Fair Along at Cheltenham last time. Connections are keen to get a run into him before the Cheltenham Festival and this fits nicely into his schedule. Unlucky to be disqualified after "winning" at Fakenham last time, Prize Fighter's form entitles him to respect, while Kalmini looks best of the others, many of which appear to be modest. That most certainly cannot be said of the very useful Afsoun, who looks the most likely winner of this contest.
