In depth
Verdict
Although not as good as he was a few years ago when with Martin Todhunter, Maitre de Musique may still be capable of beating the likes of Grecian Star and Bolshie Baron, who look to provide the biggest dangers to the 12-year-old. The selection advertised his current well-being at Kelso last month and is taken to win his first hunter chase. Grecian Star and Bolshie Baron both have recent winning point-to-point form and have to be respected along with the unexposed duo of eight-year-olds Bard of Drumcoo and Itsmyturnnow but Maitre De Musique looks the safest call.
