Verdict
This isn't a great contest and we fancy ELEGANT OLIVE to defy top weight. Roger Curtis' mare is on a career-high mark but she's shown she handles soft ground lately and none of her rivals are exactly prolific winners. Winds And Waves has scope but hasn't run since May while Princely Hero's only recent win came in a seller. Gougane is usually thereabouts over hurdles and fences and must be a danger, however, and Ali Baba has been brought along quietly though is closely matched with the ultimately disappointing Kahsabelle on C&D running last year.
