Verdict

It’s difficult to make a case for the bottom four in the weights in this and Sporty Yankee was due to run in the finale at Leicester yesterday. SUNNYTAHLIATEIGAN (NAP) has gone up 3lb since finishing second at Sandown in November but that is the stand-out form and Ian Williams is a superb placer of his charges. Balibour is making his handicap debut and is from a yard that is hitting form so he has each-way claims again while Le Capricieux wasn’t winning out of turn at Plumpton and is likely to be thereabouts again. Shining Romeo won over 2m here last April but still has his stamina to prove over this trip.
