      Verdict

      Graceland ground out a win at Sedgefield last time but 2m around here might not suit the top weight, who was a stayer on the Flat. So Lonely doesn’t look an easy ride but she responded to Bridget Andrews’ urgings over course and distance 11 days ago and the headgear may also be helping. SAUMUR won another division of the same maiden that day, however, and in a much quicker time. She looks to be improving with experience over timber so gets the nod, though none of the remaining trip can be ignored.
