Verdict

North Star Oscar reappears on a lenient mark but may just need this following his absence. PILSDON PEN has come on in leaps and bounds since switched to handicaps and is still improving so it’s a surprise that he can race off the same mark as when second at Fontwell last week. Step To The Top was well backed at Market Rasen earlier this month and has every chance when falling two out while William Cody was only beaten half-a-length over this trip at Fakenham. Doireann has also been knocking on the door but is still creeping up the weights.
