        Formwatch

        Chaos Theory Not the most consistent and took a tumble last time out; every chance on old form but would be a better candidate on softer ground.

        Ambry ran some solid efforts last season and comes into the reckoning here with question marks about some of the others; has raced on heavy ground on his last four outings and may not be suited by a fast surface.

        Marmaduke (IRE) Generally consistent but can throw in the odd stinker; step back in trip not sure to suit and jockey booking hardly inspiring.

        Petuntse Improved ridiculously this season and could still be on the upgrade; could be hard to beat if on song again.

        March North Very consistent and ground should suit; suited by this trip and should put up an honest performance without winning.

        Pagan King (IRE) Fair level of form but tends to need a couple of runs to warm up and would definitely prefer more cut.

        Flag Fen (USA) Good effort last time out and a reproduction of that will see him go close but stable not in the best of form and best watched here on his reappearance.

        Route Sixty Six (IRE) Looks the pick of these on form but is another who may just need this run after a long absence.

        Apadi (USA) Disappointed at Wetherby last time out after running a solid race at Sandown the time before; chance if running up to his best but would prefer a softer surface.

        Ei Ei Coming back to hurdles after running well over chases; previously had decent hurdle form and looks set to run well on ground he enjoys.

        Darcy Disappointed at Leicester last time out but had run well at Plumpton the time before; not sure to be suited by a firm surface.

        Ipledgeallegiance (USA) Beaten a long way last time out but still ran well; chance on best of form and suited by this trip; could go well at a decent price.
