In depth

Verdict

Danny Whizzbang has been running off much higher marks over fences but doesn’t look the force of old. Mill Green has also been chasing and BELLS OF PETERBORO looks a much more attractive option. The latter has now won four of 15 starts over hurdles and a wide-margin win at Chepstow last month was a career-best, though he has been raised 8lb for that. Tip Top Cat seems to improve with every run so a four-timer can’t be ruled out while Gazette Bourgeoise defeated a subsequent winner at Hereford and can go close again despite a 10lb hike in the ratings.
