In depth
Verdict
Valseur Du Granval’s victory at Ludlow last week was his first in more than two years. He carries a penalty and seems best in small fields. Mariners Moon hasn’t raced since July 2019 but there are possibilities about recent Exeter hurdles winner Shortcross Storm as he should make a chaser. Episode should also be thereabouts but Dubai Outlaw is harder to predict. Meteorite is getting closer but NOBEL LEADER is well treated nowadays and his latest third here suggests he retains some ability.
