    Verdict

Henry Brooke gave ENDEAVOR a cracking ride to land a first win at Uttoxeter latest and the combination can click again in what looks a relatively weak contest. Raised 5lb for that success, a repeat performance should suffice here, especially as he remains well treated on his overall form. Prince Tam was highly progressive last term for Lucinda Russell over fences and this looks a probable sharpener for the topweight on his first run for a new stable. Stanley Bridge improved on previous efforts behind Murfreesboro at Cartmel but that was under much softer conditions and he remains winless under both codes after 20 starts. Nisaal and Dar Es Salaam look best of the rest.
