Verdict
The Vollan has disappointed the last twice and is proving to be something of a Southwell specialist. Shantou Express failed to land the odds back over fences at Cartmel so this can go to HAUTE ESTIME, who was a winner over hurdles on this card 12 months ago and is a potentially-smart recruit to the chasing ranks having placed in a Grade 1 at Aintree on his final start over the smaller obstacles in April.
